Terms of Service and Payment:

All new accounts require a credit card or deposit when booking production time. Balance is due upon completion.

ESV accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard,Visa and Personal checks (with ID).

Established ESV accounts, Net 30 Days.

At ESV's discretion, accounts in arrears may be subject to late payment service charges, and product delivery may be suspended until the account is paid up to date.

Any or all materials not claimed in 60 days, may be disposed of by ESV, without any subsequent liability of any kind to ESV Teleproductions.

Accounts that require collection proceedings shall be responsible for legal fees, and court costs incurred by ESV during the collection procedure.
